Implement Load Balancing on Compute Engine: laboratório com desafio avaliações

I attempted to do this from the console instead of using the commands like the previous lesson, however the options in the console don't seem to match. The order of the instructions was also confusing and I ended up having to backtrack & delete resources which caused me to get stuck. This was significantly more complicated & open ended than the prior labs.
