Finally complete After trying 6 times due to this problem: "A e2-medium VM instance is currently unavailable in the us-central1-a zone. Alternatively, you can try your request again with a different VM hardware configuration or at a later time. For more information, see the troubleshooting documentation."

Cannot create VM due to "A e2-medium VM instance is currently unavailable in the us-central1-a zone. Alternatively, you can try your request again with a different VM hardware configuration or at a later time. For more information, see the troubleshooting documentation." Change another region and zone and VM instance created, but la still state to "Create a Compute Engine instance with the necessary API access" and state that "It doesn't look like you've completed this step yet. Try again." when already create the VM instance and completed the step! Waited for 5 mins to click again still negative result! So Frustrated! Wasted 5 tokens! Tried 5 times Already!
